Wu Fan holds a PhD in applied economics and is an associate professor. She has thirty years of teaching and research experience in economics, management, and finance, along with thirteen years of brand management, marketing consulting, and training for luxury-goods and jewelry companies. She has also served as the China business representative for several European jewelry brands.
She is currently a doctoral supervisor in business administration at Raffles University. Her previous roles include deputy director of the Hurun Research Institute, academic affairs manager at Van Cleef & Arpels’ L’ÉCOLE School of Jewelry Arts, department chair and associate professor of luxury management at Shanghai Jian Qiao University, and associate professor of finance at Xi’an University of Finance and Economics. She has been a guest professor in EMBA, MBA, and other graduate programs at international institutions including NEOMA Business School, Paris School of Business, and the Swiss Institute of Management, and a guest columnist for China Gold Jewelry magazine.
At Qingjin Academy, Wu teaches the economics and management module, including marketing strategy, retail management, and services for high-value clients, drawing on her work in premium-brand management, operations, marketing, sales, and client-service systems.
